Tho onoa famous Biplane ran in the Flying Handicap, but was never prominent. Poitrel was favourite for tho Cup, Artilleryman going out of favour after Saturday's defeat. Kcnnaquhair was always in a bandy position. He went to the front at the end of throe furlongs, and held a commanding lead to the distance, when Poitrol, coming gTeat guns, just failed to reach Kennuquhair, whoso chances of securing the Oup had bewn greatly fancied.
