Advertising, printing, eta; £265 13s lid; postage, telegrams, eta, £1976 9s 6d. Uransporte (including hire, fitting out, fueL etc.): Moeraki, £10,672 os lid; Mcmowai, £13.377 os 9d; Tahine, £14,697 2s 3d. Other items of transport: Men returning to New Zealand, freight, etc., £56,375 12s 6d; pay. (advance party and Samoan reliefs), and allowances of troops, £207,866 ss. Provisions and supplies: Forage, £18,125 10a 3d; rations, £60,175 8s 3d. Medical (including- examination fees and equipment), £5532 12s 7d. Otner items of expenditure: Prisoners of war, £487 4s; mechanical trans* port, £1779 lis sd; purchase of horses, £760 17s od. Grand total, £411,905 5s 7d.
