SAFELY RETURNED FROM. ENGLAND. LONDON, March 17. (Received March 18, at 0.35 a.m.) British destroyers safely escorted three steamers carrying the Belgian State Treasury to Antwerp, including all State documents, bullion, and savings bank securities, which were deposited in England at the outbreak of the war.—A. and N.Z.
