PRUSSIAN NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
OPENED WITHOUT INCIDENT. .AMSTERDAM, March 15. (Received March 16, at 11 p.m.) Despite Spartacist threats, the Prussian National Assembly opened without incident. Troops guarded the building arid searched the Deputies for arms before they were admitted.
