FOUR THOUSAND DEATHS DAILY. _ WASHINGTON, March 14. (Received March 17, at 0.5 a.m.) Advices from Moscow state' that human flesh was sold to the famine-stricken population by Chinese soldiers, who were subsequently arrested. Both Moscow and Petrograd are entirely without fuel. The streets of Petrograd are deserted except for soldiers and civilians begging for bread. The deaths from typhoid and smallpox in the city are estimated at 4000 daily.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
