Wednesday, December 18. (Before Ms H. A. "Young.. S.M.) Drunkenness. —Two first onenders who did not appear ware each lined the amount of their bail (20s), in default 48 hours' imprisonment. Maintenance.—William Henry Grimsey, who did not appear, was sentenced to two months' imprisonmeiil for failing to comply with an order of tho court for the maintenance of his wife and four children, the arrears to November 20 being £20, the w-arrant to be suspended so long as he paid 10s oS the arrears and at the same time kept up payments /on the order.
