I lie ISiew York Times Peking correspondent says that Dr George Morrison (British Political Adviser to the Chinese Government since 1912) will probably be aslced to accompany the Chinese Peace Delegation.—A. and N.Z. Cable. STATUS OF LUXEMBURG. APPEAL TO PRESIDENT WILSON. PASSED ON TO PROPER QUARTER. WASHINGTON, November 26. The Grand Duchess of Luxemburg has asked President Wilson to protect the Duchy against dangers incidental to German demobilisation, and safeguard its rights as a free and independent email nation -when the Peace Conference meets. Mr Wilson has referred the request to the Versailles Council.—A. and N Z Cable.
PRESIDENT WILSONS PROGRAMME. NEW YORK, November 26. (Received Nov. 28, at 1.5 a.m.) The New York Times Washington correspondent learns that President Wilson will sail for Europe on the 3rd of December, and will remain in Europe for a month!
