CHRISTCHDRCH, September 25. At the Addington market to-day there were moderate entries of fat stock, but larger .yardingo of stores and fat cattle sold at advanced rates, in consequence of the short supply, iuid fat sheep fluctuated; but on the whole showed little change, graziers operating in unfinished sheep. StoTe sheep were offered in much larger numbers than of late, including some southern lines, but these did not, sell well, and the market on the whole was easier. There was a good offering of store cattle, but tho demand woe not very brisk. Three-year-old steers met with best inquiries, but the priccs they realised were moderate. Pigs sold well, but dairy oows were easier, in consequence of a large yarding-
