(Received Sept. 25, at 7.25 p.m.) Mr Hugh Dull", major of Yeomanry, and formerly a farmer .of Kereru, New Zealand, has been killed in action. AUSTRALIAN RETURNED SOLDIERS. VICTORIA'S RESPONSIBILITY. MELBOURNE, September 25. The. Minister of Lands has announced that in the two years after the war Victoria must raise and spend nearly £12,000,000 upon returned soldiers.
