Haig's aviation report states: The weather improved in the evening. Enemy activity is slight and intermittent! We destroyed eight hostile machines and drove down two; four British machines are missing. , We dropped a ton and a-half of'bombs in the daytime and 17£ tons at nighttime on aerodromes, railheads, and hutments. All our night fliers returned.
