WAR EXPENDITURE
FIGURES FOR NEW ZEALAND. (Pes United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, September 24. The quarterly statement of New Zealand's war expenditure shows that the total amount expended to June 30 was £44,162,707, or with tho additions of imprests £48,255,942. The sum of £43,675,750 has been the actual war expenditure. Relief purposes have taken £233,238 and the expenses of raising loans £250,719. The total on March 31 stood at £39,269,550.
