A captured order issued by General von Hutier recounts how the Allies' propaganda is making headway amongst the. German soldiers on the western front. Von Hutier allndes to Lord Northcliffe as a rascal. He points out that the Allied airmen are constantly dropping leaflets into the trenches, and orders the men immediately to deliver such leaflets to their highejr officers.
