REASONABLE INCREASE. \ - (Pjje United Press Association.) September 18. Ihe Board of Irade, reporting on its inquiries in regard to tha prices of cement states that the increase of tho present selling . price to 96s per ton does not appear unreasonable, and bears favourable comparison with the Australian price (about 995) Expediency is the chief factor in tho mills refraining from overlapping.
