Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. SYDNEY, July 19. Cabinet has approved of the appointment of a Royal Commission to inquire into the allegations against the police, in the I.WAV. trials. At the Treasurers' Conference Mr Watt stressed the gravity of the financial position. He said the State would have to be content with the bare necessities in tha way of loan money.
