The Executive Committee has had under consideration the matter of obtaining suitable club rooms for the use of the Women's Committee and members. The members of the Overseas Club are all concerned in the problem of reconstruction after the war. With our J 60,000 members, with our 1000 honorary corresponding secretaries keeping in constant touch with headquarters, with our numerous branches everywhere, tho club is something to be reckoned with. The work we have already done is only spade work. Such post-war questions as emigration, commercial union between the Mother Country and " Britain overseas," the welding together of interests for tho commercial struggle which is bound to follow this present war, and tho creation of ail Empire Parliament, aro matters with which we of the Overseas Club are deeply concerned. The executive hopes, when we are able to get suitable rooms, to hold regular meetings of members to discuss these important matters. The Executive Committee has again to report with regret the loss of six more of our members while serving their King and country:—Lieutenant C. J. Edwards, Sergeant H. M. Restieaux. Lancecorporal G. ,A. Tapp, Driver C. Hunter, and Privates J. H. Harris, jun., and T. Rarity. It also regrets to report the death of the following members during the year: Captain F. J. Easther, Messrs C. F. Greenslade, W. R. Hill. James Macfie, and Mrs E. .F. Jackson. Thirty-five of our members are now doing 'their duty at the front.
