Jiie Returned Soldiers' Conference resolved that all cases of -war injuries and disabilities should not be discharged until cured, and in cases of shell shock and neurasthenic oases institutions of a special nature to deal only with such oases, and having facilities for proper massage and electrical treatment, be established without delay under conditions •which will mak<> access to liqjior impassible. A resolution was carried expressing , satisfaction with the present accommodation for soldier mental patients, some delegates asking thai their opposition bo recorded. It was resolved that the repatriation department should create a special employment bureau, and that local reto-raod soldiers' associations should do the work, th<» remuneration being provided by the- Government.
