Senator Millen received a deputation representing various bodies interested in the promulgation of anti-shouting legislation. He sympathised with their aims, and promised them Cabinet consideration. Hβ added that a regulation controlling the sale of liquor to invalid soldiers was only awaiting signature. The Federal Cabinet has decided not to call Parliament together for a short session to deal only with deregistered unions, but the usual session will commence on Jtme 12, when the matter will bo dealt with.
