(Received May 28, at 7.50 p.m.) An unsavoury case which is tickling the palates of Berlin residents was opened in the courts on Saturday. The eon of a Prussian general named von Radeck, charged the son and daughter-in-law of Bernstorff, Prince Albert of Schleswig, von Kulilmamn's brothers, and other society favourites with spreading libellous statements. Evidence showed that Bernstorff's son stole the complainant's wife. Complainant thrashed him and tore off his epaulettes, whereupon the society intrigue cau£ed complainant's discharge from the army. The evidence alleges that Bemsrorff used his ambassadorial position to uphold his son s misconduct.
