VOCAL RECITAL
On Saturday evening next a vocal recital promoted by Miss Ray Jackson, will be given in tho Burns HalL An excellent and varied programme is in course of preparation, and will serve to reintroduce some very promising singers as well as others whose reputation in the world of song is already well established. The proceeds are to be devoted to the Roturn-od Soldiers' Memorial Club, and this should induce a ready response. Tiokets are meetinsr with a splendid sale, and prospects of successful effort are most encouraging. The box plan will be opened at the Bristol on Wednesday morning.
