Work is going on steadily at the rooms. Tho following articles have been forwarded to Dunedin:—4o shirts, 40 pants, 45singlets, 55 pyjamas, 12 pairs ward shoes, 300 dressings, 9 manytail bandages, 10 operation cloths, 1 parcel medicine cloths, 3 pairs mittens, 8 stump bandages. The committee is very grateful to the Commercial Travellers' Entertainers for their generous assistance in raising- £21 7s. also to the United Church Service for £4 4s 2d, to the Patriotic Bowling Association for £16. and Miss Monson 10s 6d. This branch is holding a Paddy's Market in Dunedin Stock Exchange buildings, Water street, on Wednesday and Thursday of next week. Donations of used boots, clothing. or old furniture, etc.. will be very Hcnoptablo. and can be left at Water street on Tuesday.
