PRESIDENT WILSON'S COOPERATION ASSURED. The Times. LONDON, May 21. (Received May 22, at 7.30 p.m.). The Washington correspondent of The Times forecasts that Mr Wilson will consent to an allied expedition. He has always put the defence of a liberated orderly Russia in the forefront of his programme.
