EMPEROR CHARLES AT CONSTANTINOPLE. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, May 20. (Received May 21, at 8.20 p.m.) A Constantinople telegram states that the_ Austrian Emperor and Empress have arrived there. Bolshevik troops have captured Oerentkapoo and Petrovsk.
