The Daily Mail's Hague correspondent states that# the Austro-German bargain stipulates for a supply of food to Austria from Germany in order to render an offensive against Italy possible. It. is intended that Bohemia, the Tyrol, and Vienna shall especially benefit in the matter of tlieso food supplies.
