TURKISH. ADVANCE ON ENZELI. A GERMAN BASE. Router's Telegrams. LONDON, May 19. (Received May 20, at 8.20 p.m.) A Tiflis newspaper reports lhat Turkish regulars and Kurds are advancing in Persia. They have occupied Sujbulak and Usknuc, south of Lake Urmia. A despatch from Tabriz says the Turkish objective is Enaeli, which has beoome the base for the Central Powers' menace to the British. MORE <jERMAN INTRIGUE AGAINST THE MOHAMMEDANS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. NEW YORK, May 19. (Received May 21, at 1 a.ni.) Washington officials point out that the Germans are using their influence through Turkey in order to strengthen the Teutonic power with the Mohammedans.
