ON A LARGE FRONT. GENERAL FOCH CONFIDENT. LONDON, May 19. (Received May 20, at 8 p.m.) Ail Exchange Telegraph message from Paris states that the Gremians have apparently completed their preparations for the attack, which is likely to be a general rush on the greater rart of the front. The Germans have multiplied their network of railways everywhere. General Foch a few day» ago said: "Ask me nothing, for I shall tell you nothing; but I know this: I have confidence.**
