By far tho largest draft of reservists that h;is gone north for so mo times assembled at King Edward Barracks this afternoon, the men consisting largely of Second Division reservists. Admission to barracks was limited strictly to tho men going away. Ther© was a very largo attendance of polico in prospect of trouble. The public gathered in foreo on If irk' the barracks, but, although there were rumours of a demonstration, tho unpatriotic element yrns not very much in evidence Shortly after 3 o'clock tho roll coll was taken in tho barracks. Tho men were a very good class of reservists, among whom could bo noticed many former citizens holding responsible positions. The inarch of tho men to the railway station was witnessed by groat crowds in tho streets, and there were many affecting scenes at tho railway station. There was not the slightest sign of disorder or demonstrations anywhere throughout the afternoon.
