Williamson presiding. The headmaster (Mr Phillipps), in his report stated that tho present roll number was 166, and the average attendance for the year 162. The increased attendance entitled tho school to another assistant teacher, and Miss M'Rao had been appointed. The inspector's report on the work of tho school was very good The balance sheet showed the. total receipts to have been £101 2s sd, and the expenditure £70 6s 4d, leaving a credit balanco of £30 16s Id.—Tho report and balance sheet were adopted.

Tho following gentlemen were elected as a committee for tho ensuing year:—Messrs A. Murray, A. J. Park, W. Russell, S. H Allcock. O. Head, G. Carnie, and tho Rev! E. J. Neale. Mr A. Murray was appointed chairman, and Mr B. Hallett secretary and treasurer.
