CARGOES FOR NEW ZEALAND. (Peb United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, January 17. Tho Government Agent in Melbourne has (vibird to the Prime Minister that ships of the Huddart-Parker fleet will bring to New Zealand from 13C0 to 1500 tons of superphosphates at 'tho beginning of February, and that tho Union Company will bring 700 tone in tho. presont month and 900 tons early in March. Those cargoes will enme for consignees, not. for tho Government.
