PRINCESS THEATRE
The Princess Theatre was well filled last evening, the main attraction being Mr Paul Stanhope's Musical Revue Company. This combination is a Very strong one all round, and it provides an entertainment which unquestionably appeals to the audiences at the Princess Theatre. The vaudeville portion of the entertainment continues to provo highly acceptable.
A full change of programme will be made this afternoon and this evening, Mr Ktanhopo staging his- second revue kttraction, " Twirly-Whirly," which, it is reported, is a livelier edition of "Fun on a Farm," with which the comedian made such a hit two years ago. Mr Stanhope will play his old part of "Spike" Murphy (one of the boys), Mr Val Newman will appear as Sio Perkins (the bfoss of the town), Mr Will Rayrlor as a gentleman looking for " easy money," and Miss Helen Lβ Cain as Ethel Strathmore, the merry widow. Special features will be the novel nurserv rhymes burlesquo by Mr Stanhope, and Messrs Newman and M'Call, some brilliant ballets by tho " Ginger" girls, and the .new part songs of the Grafters' quartet. Ois Monday evening there will be a big change on the vaudevallo side, that evening markirig the first appearance of Reo and Helmar.,notod athletes, and of Miss Marie Bucher, a popular Continental cabaret "star."
