Mr Justice Sim sat in Chambers yesterday morning. Probate of the wills of the following deceased persons was granted: —Hector Roulston, Helen Boyd Brown, John Groon, Win. Blondell, Elizabeth Beaton, Mary GilJigan, Margaret Teresa Patrick, Andrew George M'Annally, Leander Heydon, Anno Bark, Thomas Mark, and Amelia Elmore Seelyo. Letters of administration were granted in re Ellen Walsh, deceased. Simpson v. Simpson.—Summons for order for argument of question of law. —Granted, costs of gammons (£3 3s) and disbursements to be coste in the cause.
