QUESTION OF ALLOWANCES.

TIMARU, October 30.
At a meeting of Second Division men tonight resolutions were carried unanimously (on the motion of Mr T. Buxton) that the separation allowance for children should be increased to 10s per week, and that a wife's allowance should not be less than 6s per day.
