At the King's Theatre this evening the third concert of tho thirtieth season of the Ekmediu Orchestral Society will be given. A violin solo, "Concert de Mazurka," will be given by Mr G. W. Clarke, who recently arrived from England. The principal orchestral item of the programme is Tschaikowsky's "Symphony No. 5." The last occasion on which this work was performed by the Orchestral Society was at the Christchurch Exhibition, when it was acclaimed with enthusiasm. The assisting soloists art* Miss Alma Lo Fevra. who will sing "Sapnhic Ode," "Love in Spring," and Love from My Power," and Mr Clarke, who will sing "0 Night of Stars and Splendour" and "0 Flower of All tho World."
