BREAD AND FLOUR PRICES.

Australian and N.Z. Cable Association, NEW YORK, September 6.

In an interview in London, Lord Rhondda, Britain's Food Controller, said that Britain expected to spend £40,000,000 annually to keep bread and flour prices at a reasonable figure. Since the British Government had controlled the wheat trade it had sold wheat and flour practically at cost.
