THE NEW DANDIES
It is claimed that tho attendance of the public at places of amusement to-day shows no falling off, a reason for this condition being the desire of the people for light and acceptable relaxation. " The New Dandies," who open a short season in His Majesty's Theatre next Thursday evening, are said to be meeting with much success on the present tour, the record of attondanccs beino- above the average of reqent years. Mr Edward Branscombe's latest company is claimed to be a very even combination. The artists are: M : ss Dorothy Manning, soprano; Miss Linda Bradford, contralto; Miss Ivy Davis, soubrettc; Mr Walter Liddle, baritone; Mr Andrew Pace, light comedian; Messrs Courtney Ford and Harry Graham, comedians; and Miss Iris Edgar,, pianist. During the season " The Dandies " will presont two complete programmes. Tho plan will open next Tuesday morning at the Bristol.
