M. KERENSKY HOPEFUL. CONFIDENCE IN, NATION'S STRENGTH. Router's Telegrams. PETROGRAD, August 14. (Received Aug. 15. at 5.5 p.m.) In replying to the King's message. M. Kerensky states : " I aim certain that the Russian people will find the necessary strength to surmount the grave trials of the present time and to conduct the war to an end worthy of the terrible sacrifices made by every nation which is struggling for right against might."
