"The Litfite Brother," the story of fiie adventures of a girl who masqueraded as a schooboy, is tho star film now showing at the Octagon Theatre. It features Enid Bennett in tho prettiest love story yet released by the Triangle .Company. Another episode of the serial, "Gloria's Romance " entitled "The Vow Fulfilled," is included in the programme. The orchestral nraskj it well chosen. " The Lottery Man " constitutes the principal picture of the present series at the Queen's and King Edward Theatres. As a comedy on the New York'stage its success was instantaneous, and its new lease of life on the screen promises still further to enhance its reputation and its popularity. The acting is of a genuinely high order and the setting of the picture is a thoroughly charming one, producing an atmosphere fully in keeping with the nature of the story. One or two other fine pictures complete a highly entertaining series. The incidental music, specially chosen aa it is, further enhances tho entertainment. A highly dramatio story is at present hems presented to patrons of the Plaza Theatre under the title of "The Woman Who Dared." There is an excellent supporting series. " The Combat" is proving a powerful attraction at Everybody's Theatre just now. The picture is a striking one, and sustains the interest of spectators right to the end. Anita Stewart is the star artist. Tho management announce that a masterpiece hi film production, entitled "The Iron Claw" wiD be screened at Everybody's Theatre shortly. At the Empire Theatre to-day the change progTammo will be headed by anothor Metro wonderplay, "His Father's Son." Tho storv concerns J. D. Barron, who, worthless in his father's estimation, takes up a bet with his father that he can hold a 60-dollar-a----month iob for 30 days. The chain of incidents following provide fihe essentials of a splendid picture.
