NAVY SIDES WITH THE SOUTH.

(Received July 26, at 1.45 a.m.) The Morning Post's Shanghai correspondent states that the navy refuses to recognise Tuan Chi Jui's Government. Fourteen cruisers have left Woosung for Canton in order to support the southern provinces.
