Myersi " yesterday in reference to the case of a youth undergoing sentence for attempted L murder, and who was recently operated on for brain pressure. The deputation protested against the re--1 moval of the youth from tho hospital without consulting the operating surgeon, to 5 tho gaol, and urged that ho be sent back to the former institution in order that the surgeon who operated might have full control of the case, and so that skilled nursing attention might be available. 3 ___——«_«—___
