TURKEY'S ATTITUDE.
AMSTERDAM, April 16. (Received April 17, at 0.40 a.m.) A telegram from Constantinople reports that the American guardship Scoipion has been ordered to leave harbour within 24 hours. If she fails to do so she will be interned.
