Money orders for places beyond tho dominion for despatch by the North or South Express closo at 4 p.m. tho previous day. Registered mails closo one hour beforo advertised timo of closing ordinary mails. Book packets, commercial papers, and newspapers close half an hour before tho advertised timo of letter mails.
