Mails for United Kingdom, Expeditionary Forces abroad, America, and ail oversea countries, including Australfa, will bo despatched from time to timo by the best routo without special ik fcification. Correspondence for all neutral countries is subject to censorship. Money orders for placos within the domion closo ono hour before advertised timo of closing letter mails. Money orders for places beyond tho dominion for despatch by the North or South Express closo at 4 p.m. tho previous day. Registered mails closo one hour beforo advertised timo of closing ordinary mails. Book packets, commercial papers, and newspapers close half an hour before tho advertised timo of letter mails.
