MYSTERIOUS DISEASE

The medical authorities are investigating an outbreak of a mysterious disease at Broken Hill and Bourke. Out of 15 cases 13 have succumbed. ' As the disease develops the patients quickly become unconscious. The general symptoms may easily be confused with those accompanying meningitis.
