The monthly meeting of tho Mosgiol District High School Committee, held last, ovenwas presided over by Mr Thomas Walsh. J.he rector reported that owing to sickness the attendance was still adverselv affected. Tho average attendarice for the month had been 348 out of u total of 372 Mr Darling (secretary of the Ofcago branch of the Navy League) had delivered an interesting lantern lecture to an appreciative audience. Accounts amounting to £2 19s 6d were passed for payment. An extra day's holiday will bo given to the children at Easter.
