(Pbb Dhitkd Pbkss Association.) WELLINGTON, November 19. Sullivan Bros., milk vendors, were fined £10 to-day for selling- watered milk.., A Government analysis showed 7.2 per cent, of added water. Counsel for the defendants said his clients intended to claim damages from the wholesale suppliers of the milk in question. Horace Chisholm was fined £1 for selling milk deficient in fats. CHRISTCHURCH, November 19. In the libel action Fairbairn (a member of the Cost of Living Commission) v. the Canterbury Publishing Company, the jury by a three-fourths majority held that the article complained of was defamatory, and unanimously awarded £50 damages.
