ANZAC.
The lecture on Anzac to be delivered by Ca.pt,ain-chaplain Bus.h Kin? in the Garrison Hall on Tuesday evening is causing a great deal of interest. The lecturer spent some months with our troops in the firing line, and has many stories of thrilling d«eds by New Zealnnders to relate. He w : ll also deal with the present situation, both at Anzac and Sari Bail'. Maps -will be thrown on tho screen which will be explained in detail by tho lecturer. Pictures showing the troops landing at Anzac, the precipitous nature of the country, and many other interesting pictures depicting soldier life- on the peninsula should" add considerable interest to the lccture. The proceeds are in aid of our sick and wounded soldiers at the front or in Egyot. Reserved seats are obtainable at the Bristol, 'and at Mr S. Jacobs'a. Returned soldiers can obtain tickets for special reserved seats on annlicition to Mr E. S. Wilson, Empire Buildings.
