GERMAN ATTACKS REPULSED. ENEMY'S ORGANISATION OVERTHROWN. LONDON, November 15. (Received Nov. 16, at 9.25 p.m.) A French communique states : We'repulsed German attacks in the Champagne region. The enemy's organisation was overthrown by a spirited attack at Ciency. SUSTAINED ARTILLERY DUEL. PARIS, November 16. (Received Nov. 16, at 10.40 p.m.) A communique states: The bombardment on the west front is assuming a more sustained character, and at many points there are violent actions. HIGH COMMISSIONER'S CABLE. ALLIES' SUCCESSES. LONDON, "November 15 (4.25 p.m.). ' The High Commissioner reports : In the Artois district, fit the Labyrinth, there have been fusillade and grenade combats without intermission during the night. It is confirmed that the enemy losses in this section on the 14th wefe very high. In the Champagne German attacks on the barriers before French listening posts have been repulsed. At Woeyre, north of Cirey, the explosion of one of our mines, aocom-. panied by heavy fire from trench engines, destroyed the enemy organisations and works.
