Judgment, by default, for the plaintiffs 'ivas given in the following cases:—Powloy and (Jo. v. T. Connelly (Washdyke), claim £9, for goods sold and delivered (costs £1 3s 6d)j N. Reed and Co. v. R. Reeves (Miistorton), claim £13 19s 9d, for goods supplied (costs £1 10s 6d); M. Morton and Son v. James Davidson (Poolburn), claim Be, costs on a former claim, with solicitor's fee (ss); Ansoll and Co. v. Annie Watson (Invcrcargill), claim £3 10s, for goods supplied (oosts 10b). Judgment Summons.—John Edmond v. M. C. Brown.—This was un application for an order for the payment of £3 13s sd, with costs (ss).—ln the absence of tho debtor an order was made, in default four days' imprisonment. In the oaee of Peter Welsh v. M. C. Brown, an order was made for the payment of £3 10a. with oosts (6s), in default four days' imprisonment.
