Correspondence addressed to the United Kingdom and Continent of Europe is to be specially marked " "Via Suez." FRIDAY, MARCH 12.

Money orders tor places within-the dominion close one hour before advertised time of closing letter mails. Money orders for places beyond the dominion for despatch by the North or South Express close at 4 p.m. the previous day. . The late fee is Id in addition to ordinary postage. The late-fee box on Second North Express is available for letters only. Registered mails close one hour before advertised time of closing ordinary mails.
