FIRST SYDNEY SALE FOR 1915. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, January 18. (Received Jan. 19, at 0.5 a.m.) The %rst wool sale of the year was held to-day. There was a big attendance, a strong demand, and full clearances. French, and Japanese buyers operated freely. Good wools showed a 5 to 10 per cent, and mediums 10 per cent, advance on the closing sales of 1914. Poor sorts dragged.
