WELSH DISESTABLISHMENT BILL
PETITION FOR POSTPONEMENT. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, January 18. (Received Jan. 19, ;it 0.5 a.m.) Remarkable success is being achieved in securing signatures to the memorial asking that, in view of the war, the Welsh Disestablishment Bill be modified to prevent the Church being deprived of endowments. Many of the most prominent Free Churches are supporting the petition.
