SUPREME COURT.

Mr Justice Sim will return from Chnstchuroh on Saturday, and will sit at Duncdin all next week, commencing at 10.30 cm Monday morning, to adjudicate on Banco ■and Chamber matters. The following cases have been set down for hearing:—Barry v. Barry and another, an originating summonil to vest property; Harrison v. Rutherford and another, an originating summons for trustees' accounts; Rutherford v. Harrison and another, an originating summons for maintenance of infants; in re Karounui Dredging Company, a motion to wind up; in )'? Outnun Societies' Hall Company, a motion to wind up; in re Samuel Alfred Amnion (deceased), a motion for order absolute for letters of administration.
